Solidarity with Occupy Raleigh

8 Peaceful Occupy Raleigh Protestors, Including Disabled Woman Holding Handicapped Sign, Arrested for *NOT* Blocking the Sidewalk. Their crime: Sitting down to one side of the sidewalk in solidarity with a woman with a documented disability who could not get up from the chair NC Capitol police were trying to take away.

This happened after Occupiers had already removed all supplies/belongings under police threats. Only two camping chairs remained. Our Occupation is under attack. Today, Capitol Police are back again, threatening protestors for the handful of blankets and water bottles they have on hand.

Please help us protest the attack on our Occupation by spreading these emails and phone numbers among your activists and supporters:
