12/26: This Week’s Agenda for G.A, Spokescouncil, New Working Groups

Since the passing of the new schedule last week, agenda setting occurs on Mondays at 7 PM at the St. Francis Office space. All are welcome to attend and to bring their proposals. This is not where your proposal will be worked on. It is where the group will decide collectively if the proposal should be presented to the General Assembly, to Spokescouncil, or if it should go directly to forming a working group. It will also decide on the order in which proposals will be presented.

Working Groups Formed

  1. Brett – Creating an accessible archive of already passed proposals. Requesting that all new proposals be posted online at least two days before they are brought to GA or Spokescouncil. Contact: Brett @ to get involved with this working group.
  2. Wade- Ongoing bank protests. 3-4 targets every day all day. People should stand in front of banks all day protesting the banks. Contact: Wade 702 204 5676 to get involved with this working group.
  3. Paul- Get on busses, talk to people about what’s going on, hand a flyer to a weekly seminar, weekly seminar about political rights. Contact Paul to get involved with this working group.
  4. Antonio- Wants occupiers to run in next year’s portland marathon. contact: , 971 266 9646 to get involved with this working group.
  5. Antonio- Wants OP to host a state-wide occupy conference. contact: , 971 266 9646 to get involved with this working group.
  6. Mike Withey- Wants those working on the non-profit status/structure to include himself and others. Contact: 503 332 4856 to get involved with this working group.
