    Consensus only works when you live by it. Vocalizers for the GA must speak with the support and the statement of the group. Information gathering from the outside groups we deal with must be just that. Committee works/planning needs brought to the GA, then it can be supported by the GA. Vocalizer/Leader grow from the group naturally, but must remember they are only one of the group. No one wo/man can know it all. We must lead each other into this new world view.
