Alicia Jackson, the woman whose home was liberated on May Day, is battling the city once again. She needs help collecting the $413 needed to get her water turned on. The city told her that if she can not demonstrate proof that her gutters are fixed and she has running water, everyone in the house will be evicted. Please help her keep her home. If we all just give a little, we can continue to maintain a roof for a wonderful person.

Mayor Sam Adams and commissioners, Randy Leonard and Nick Fish, all support fluoridating our water. Even though this has been put to a vote with the people three times, and has been shot down every time, they plan to still push a plan through to add fluoride to our water. This will cost taxpayers $5 million!! Money that can be better spent for teachers and keeping our schools open, feeding and sheltering the houseless or healthcare for those who cannot afford it. Please come out Wednesday and support keeping our water clean and chemical free. People should have the right to choose what goes into their bodies!!

Freak Out About Our Water!!

Come on out to the City Counsel meeting at 9:30am on Wednesday, August 22nd and tell the mayor and city counsel that Portland doesn’t want fluoride in our water.
