Occupy Portland has endorsed this national gathering.
The National Gathering in Philadelphia is an event being put on by more than 55 Occupy groups around the nation. There is going to be workshops, mass actions and protests, teach-ins, sit-ins, and outreach efforts. There’s going to be a lot going on between June 30th and July 4th, and there are going to be over 5000 people attending and participating for that week.
On July 5th, there will be a march from Philadelphia to NYC to join up with Occupy Wall Street.
This wepay account is looking to generate funds to help get people across the country and over to Philadelphia.
