A grand jury voted not to file any charges against David Pantaleo, the NYPD cop who took the life of Eric Garner after putting him in a choke hold — a maneuver banned by the police department 21 years ago. Gather at the Justice Center in downtown Portland to peacefully protest the Grand Jury decision.
