		<description><![CDATA[(un)Occupy Albuquerque is heeding the call! We have a full day of F29 direct action planned at the offices of New Mexico&#039;s electric utility company, PNM. A $1.7 billion company, PNM lobbies for rate hikes while it spends millions of dollars &quot;legally&quot; evading EPA mandates to clean up its northern New Mexico San Juan power plant (16th dirtiest in the country). PNM is tied into ALEC as well but we haven&#039;t turned up the details yet.
