We have a full day of F29 direct action planned at the offices of New Mexico’s electric utility company, PNM. A $1.7 billion company, PNM lobbies for rate hikes while it spends millions of dollars “legally” evading EPA mandates to clean up its northern New Mexico San Juan power plant (16th dirtiest in the country). PNM is tied into ALEC as well but we haven’t turned up the details yet.
