Sunday, Nov. 27, 3PM: ELK Legal Collective Meeting for All Occupy Portland Arrestees

 ELK (the Elk Law Krewe legal collective) is organizing a meeting for all Occupy Portland arrestees.

Date: Sunday, November 27, 3-5pm

Location: Fellowship Hall of the United Church of Christ, at 1126 SW Park Avenue.

This meeting is to provide a space for you to get questions about the criminal injustice system answered, as well as ensure that ELK has information about your case, and knows how best to support you as well as to get feedback on what has/hasn’t worked thus far in legal support. Please help get the word out to all OP arrestees, and please bring all relevant arrest documents with you to the meeting.   We don’t have contact information for everyone. Encourage other arrestees to call the hotline to give us their contact information at . Kenneth A. Kreuscher is an activist attorney with the Portland Law Collective who will be answering questions about the system, and members of ELK will also be present.
