A. GA Expansion Proposal (continued from last night)
Proposal that the GA process have a separation between camp issues and "global scale movement" issues. The camp issues would be held at 10AM in Terry Shrunk Park and the global issues would be held at 7PM in Pioneer Courthouse Square. The reason for the change of space is so the movement would be more visible to the wider community.

This proposal was not passed, but was close enough to have an individual count. There were 55 members in favor of this proposal, 28 opposed and 17 stood aside. 

B. Weekly Saturday March Approval
The proposal was to march with Jobs for Justice for our weekly Saturday march. The march starts at 11:00AM at Jantzen Beach, marching across the I5 bridge and meeting up with Occupy Vancouver! There will possibly be shuttle buses available for transportation.

This proposal was passed unanimously. 

IV. PROPOSAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
A. A proposal to be discussed for a march to happen October 29th - the day before the G20 Summit. 
B. Rachel was to have a joint rally with the Sierra Club and Occupy Portland. 
C. Kristin wants to have a book of sexual offenders that are registering their address at Occupy Portland available for the public.
