II. New Proposal Announcements
1. Proposal for two different GA meetings: one at Terry Shrunk Park in the morning specifically for camp issues; the other in the evening at Pioneer Square that focuses on local, global and national issues. There is a meeting at 4PM under the Burnside Bridge for those that want to work on this proposal

2. Proposal for a separate fund for the restoration of the occupied parks.

2. Jorden proposed that Occupy Portland back the support of initiating "Instant Run Off Voting" in the city of Portland. The GA came to the decision to support this proposal with one amendment. The final agreement stood as follows: 1 person standing aside, 0 concerns and over 90% agreement. The final proposal is as follows: "The GA of Occupy Portland advocate for ranked choice instant run off voting (IRV) understanding that this step is in itself insufficient, but we will take small steps as well as large."
